While we love your little ones, we kindly request that you leave your kiddos at home and enjoy an adult- only ceremony & reception.
Can I Bring a date?
If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited venue capacity and parking, we are only able to accommodate those who are addressed on the invitation.
Are you having an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will promptly begin at 4pm. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow for parking, shuttle service, and seating.
Where should I park?
When you arrive at the venue, there will be a traffic director that will let you know where to park on the plantation.
Can I take photos?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, meaning that all phones are put away and silenced. However, please take as many photos & videos as you would like afterwards. Please use the hashtag #initforthelonghall when posting any pictures on social media so we can see them too!
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal attire is required for all events. Men should wear suits or dress pants with a blazer. Women should wear cocktail dresses or evening gowns. We kindly request that you refrain from wearing any whites or creams- let the bride have her day!
When Do I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than August 1, 2025 so that we can give a final headcount to catering. RSVPs will be available on our website once formal invitations are sent.
Are there hotel acommodations?
We have reserved a block of rooms for your convenience. Please mention our wedding when booking to receive a special rate. More details are available on our wedding website under the travel page.
